Trauma Therapy 

 I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Process Therapy. CPT-specific type of cognitive behavioral therapy has been effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD that have developed after experiencing a variety of traumatic events, including child abuse, combat, rape, and natural disasters.

DBT and Skills Based Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is effective for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions.  DBT helps people learn healthier ways to cope. DBT can be useful in treating mood disorders, and suicidal ideation, as well as for changing behavioral patterns such as self-harm and substance use.

 Individual and Family Therapy

 I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and anxiety, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for stress regulation, anxiety, depression, Phobias,  Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for stress management,  depression, anxiety, chronic pain, cancer, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, skin, and immune disorders.  Systemic: Family Therapy and  Family Sculpting Therapy
